My expertise is women’s health, birth trauma, complex trauma and supporting women and their families through pregnancy.

I offer 60 minutes initial consultations and 30 minute follow ups. I know coming to see a psychiatrist can feel very daunting, but please be reassured I am just there to listen and support you.

  • The first meeting will involve me talking with you and understanding what is happening for you currently and exploring any past concerns. 

    We can take our time and go at your pace. 

    I will always follow up with a written summary after any meeting and this is co-created, so you can check it and if you are not happy, we can always amend it! 

  • The meetings will be online via Zoom or face to face close to London Bridge.

  • My fees are £325 for a first assessment and £175 for follow ups, but money should not be a barrier to care, so I am able to offer a small amount of pro bono work PER year and/or reduced fees. 

  • I will provide a written summary for you after every meeting and will copy in all my letters, with your consent, to your GP and am happy to liaise with anyone else involved with your care so we create a networked team.

  • I am registered with BUPA, AVIVA, Vitality and WPA. I do not take AXA clients. 

    I also accept self-pay clients.
